7. Elevator number setting dial switch S1

Through dial setting, the elevator number can be set to one of 1 ~ 255. For the setting method of elevator number, please refer to Appendix III.

   2.2 Eight-digit DIP switch S1 setting instructions

Set the controller number to one of 1 to 255 through the dial setting. The controller number must be unique. For the setting method of the elevator number, please refer to Appendix III of the manual.

9.Controller output indicator

When the control panel switch is in the ON state, the status of the LD ** indicator corresponds to the output status of the JP ** floor control output interface. The light indicates that the corresponding floor control has an output. At this time, you can choose the floor to take the elevator.

   Chapter III Installation Instructions

3.1 Controller wiring diagram

Note: 1), manual switch and fire switch are optional functions, choose whether to install as appropriate.

2) The "1" line of the button wiring is an automatic layer selection line. If the automatic layer selection is not used, it can be omitted.

), The system power supply can borrow the DC power supply in the elevator control panel box, the voltage range needs to meet DC9 ~ DC30.

3.2 Controller installation

3.2.1, Installation of MH-32TK internal controller

Solution A. If it is a retrofit of an already installed elevator, considering that no installation holes are reserved, in order to facilitate installation, four strong magnetic sheets have been installed on the back of the controller substrate, which can be adsorbed on the metal inner wall of the elevator car control panel Before cleaning, wipe off the dust in the adsorption area.

If it is a new ladder that has not been shipped from the factory, you can reserve 4 circuit board mounting holes in the appropriate position in the control panel box, remove the insulating substrate on the back of the controller, and install the circuit board through insulating posts. 3.2.3, card reader (reading head) installation method

The installation position can be selected on the control panel in the elevator car or on the inner wall of the car, the specific installation method is based on the actual card reader model.

3.3 Card Issuer and Computer Connection

Connection between card issuer and computer

The USB interface of the card issuer's communication cable is directly connected to the USB port of the computer, and the USB connector at the other end can be connected to the card issuer without driver.

   Chapter 4 Debugging and Running

4.1 Preparation before power on

1. Before powering on the circuit board, confirm whether the input voltage is within the normal range. The allowable operating voltage of the circuit board is: DC 9-30 volts

2. Check whether the circuit board is installed with reliable insulation and exclude any metal body overlapping it.

3.Check if the card reader is connected

4. Check whether the wiring of each terminal is correct

5. After confirming the above, connect the power supply to the power port on the circuit board. Do not connect it in the wrong position, causing the board to be damaged.

4.2 Check after power on

1. After the system is powered on, the indicator LED2 on the control board is on, indicating that the power is normal.

2. Turn the switch to the right. At this time, the working state is: Exit the IC card management mode. At this time, each floor should be free to choose the floor. If there is a floor that cannot be selected, please confirm that the wiring to the button is correct.

3. Turn the switch to the left end (ON end), then: enter the IC card management state.

4. Turn the switch to the left end (ON end), enable the IC card management circuit, close the fire switch, and select the layer freely. If the layer cannot be selected, please confirm that the wiring to the button is correct.

4.3 Controller configuration

1. Add the elevator information in the software of the elevator IC card management center. The elevator number should be the same as the elevator number set by the DIP switch S2 (check the corresponding elevator number in Appendix III). Add the elevator based on the actual information of the elevator. .

2. In the "controller settings" interface of the software, place the management card on the card issuer. Set the controller time, read and write sectors, read and write passwords, and so on, and then swipe the card on the card reader of the control board to adjust the controller time to the current time (note: the computer time must be accurate) The buzzer beeps four times: Drip-Drip-Drip-Drip indicates that the card swipe is set successfully.

4.4 Run the test

1. Observe whether the indicator of the card issuer is blinking. If it is blinking, refer to the following note to set it. If it is blinking, go down.

2. Make an elevator card, and check whether the corresponding floor output indicator is correct. If it is not correct, please confirm whether the elevator information set in the management center software is consistent with the controller setting. If there is no control output, please refer to Appendix I. The sound of the buzzer determines the cause.

3. Confirm whether the corresponding floor can be selected normally after swiping the card. If not, please confirm whether the floor output indicator is on. If it is on, please confirm whether the wiring to the button is correct and the controller floor output port to elevator selection. Whether the correspondence of the buttons is correct.

4. After the above tests are successful, the controller can work normally at this time.

1. How to enable the IC card management function so that you can use the card to take the elevator?

Answer: Firstly, the switch of the low-level board needs to be at the "ON" side. 2. How to exit the IC card management function and allow free selection of layers?
